Dive Centre HQ’s small but dedicated team has been delivering innovative solutions to dive stores worldwide and we’ve changed how customers run their business. But that was just a small part of our goal.
From day one, we wanted to empower every dive business with the power of data. And today, that goal just became a lot more achievable as we start the process of becoming part of a company
that shares that same mission. Today, we’re excited to share the news that Divecentre24 has signed an agreement to acquire Dive Centre HQ.
The acquisition brings together two of the best dive software solutions in the world, with strengths that are highly complementary and will enable Divecentre24 to provide a new and broader set of services to you. Divecentre24 will be supporting Dive Centre HQ customers with the transition over the next few months and will continue to run the Dive Centre HQ platform while they consider how best to combine the best features of each software solution.
