Impulse Ltd., the owner of Divecentre24, an innovative platform for the diving industry has acquired the intellectual property and rights to Dive Centre HQ. Existing DCHQ customers will be given access to Divecentre24 on attractive terms.

Dive Centre HQ was established in 2011 and to date has serviced over 600 dive centres. Kieron Jones, Dive Centre HQ press relations said: “Having successfully developed an industry leading dive centre management platform, now is the perfect time to continue pushing the boundaries with innovative software and merge with Divecentre24. This merger ensures clients continue to receive the highest levels of customer service and technological innovation from a talented team of dive professionals.

Divecentre24 is an efficient and advanced tool for day-to-day management of dive centres and schools. Featuring a clear and intuitive interface based on five modules, the platform was officially launched in June 2016. The acquisition of Dive Centre HQ and its customers will strengthen Divecentre24’s position in the diving industry.

“As Dive Centre HQ is a major player in the diving industry, we are very happy with such a successful transaction. We’re offering existing Dive Centre HQ customers a hands-on, seamless transfer to Divecentre24, providing them with attractive terms and functionalities that will make their job even easier,” says Michał Myczkowski, co-founder of Divecentre24.

As Divecentre24 continues to develop, new functionalities have lately been introduced to the system, including the rental module, boat management, and an improved search engine. The rental module helps monitor return dates for rented equipment with automated notifications sent to customers via text messaging and email. The boat management module makes it easier to keep track of the boat schedule and availability. With the new search engine, customers will easily find a relevant phrase in modules and fields.
